Who said mobility had to be another workout

Not everyone wants another workout, but everyone loves to have fun.  proACTIVE Mobility is customizing games to combine the two worlds.  Movement with a smile.  Whether it is chair bound corn hole customized to get full range of motion in the upper body or axe throwing our goal is the same; get the joints moving and the fun and laughter flowing.  Games are customized to fit the highly active and mobile, to the chair bound.  "Everyone wins"
