We believe that fitness is for everyone and that there is a direct link between our fitness and how we age. Whether your residents are just entering their senior years and are active and mobile, or are later in life and maybe even chair bound, we provide fitness opportunities for everyone.

We teach everything from chair yoga, chair strength & fitness, to Balance, core, and bodyweight strength and fitness classes
